Please take a moment to tell us about yourself

The Polyday Demographic Survey is to give us an idea of who is coming to polyday (and who isn't coming, too), so we can make Polyday even better! Tell us about you!

Access at Dragon Hall

We work to make Polyday as accessible as possible. However, we are limited by physical venue constraints and the fact that we are a not-for-profit event with limited money and are organised and run entirely by volunteers.

Wheelchair access:

There is a good sized lift towards the back of the building. We have heard that in previous years this was difficult to find, so we will try to make sure this is clearly marked. The wheelchair accessible bathroom is also on the ground floor towards the back of the building.

Quiet Space

This year there will be a chillout/quiet social space set aside during the entire day, as this has been requested by a number of people at previous events.

Other Access

Seating should be available throughout the day, as will refreshments. If you are having problems on the day, please ask one of the many volunteer helpers for assistance, don't stay silent - it may be that we can solve any problem on the spot, and if not it's useful to help us run future events.

If you know you have access issues that are not covered here, please get in touch so we can do our best to accommodate.
